TTHOTEL - For Hotels and Hostels

TTHOTEL is a simple and modern solution for organizing an online access control system for hotel, hostel, apartments, rooms for rent, locker rental.
 
TTHOTEL mode differs from the standard mode of operation of locks with TTLOCK application and completely copies the logic of operation of standard hotel locks, where information about access time and lock lists are entered into the access card memory, which is valid only for the paid period of guest check-in.

A distinctive feature of TTHOTEL system from other similar systems on the market is the presence of additional modern options that significantly increase the convenience of use and control of events - all locks work in online mode, which means that you will instantly see all events in your hotel and remotely control the actions of staff and guests; in addition to the guest card, the TTHOTEL system allows you to organize access by code, which is very convenient for checking in guests at night, when the administrator is absent from his workplace; innovative mode of door opening by means of the guest's smartphone!

Unlike the standard TTLOCK mode, TTHOTEL GUEST mode allows to organize access via smartphone simply and conveniently. The guest only needs to download the free TTHOTEL GUEST app and give you his/her phone number, the receptionist will do the rest remotely and your guest will be able to open the doors of your hotel with his/her smartphone during the paid check-in period.

In addition to electronic locks, which are customized for your door, we recommend installing G2 or G3 gateways. The system can be operated offline without gateways, but having a gateway will allow you to realize the full potential of the hotel access control system in the "online" mode of monitoring and data transmission.

TTHOTEL CARD Encoder - is the main element of the system, which is necessary for encoding contactless access cards. The encoder is connected to the USB port of the administrator's PC, compact and easy to operate.

TTHOTEL APP ( for hotel administration) is your mobile tool for programming locks, tracking all events in your hotel, giving access to your guests remotely. The application is free, you can download it from APP-STORE or PLAY-MARKET by searching for " tthotel"
 
 
 
  TTHOTEL allows you to generate different access cards for both guests and staff. You can create for guests access by card, code or give the opportunity to open doors in your hotel using a smartphone with pre-loaded application TTHOTEL-GUEST.
We remind you that TTHOTEL program is not a full  PMS system for accounting money, reservations and for communication with booking and air b&b. For integration with PMS systems we provide an open SDK for further integrations.
